Tickets will be sent in PDF format to your email address 1 week before the event. We recommend checking your email spam folder.
Sales Fees
Tickets have a 10% sales fee which is added on the checkout page.
Refunds
Admission to the bullring and, where applicable, the refund of the ticket price in accordance with current legislation (Art. 70 RTA) is subject to presenting the official ticket, which must be complete, intact, and untampered with.
The period for requesting a refund will begin from the moment the suspension, postponement, or modification is announced and will end 4 days after the date scheduled for the event, or 1 hour before the start of the event in case of modification (Art. 70 RTA).
If the event is suspended for reasons not attributable to the company or due to bad weather once the first bull has entered the ring, the spectator shall not be entitled to any refund (Art. 70 RTA).
